Martin H. Abo, CPA/ABV/CVA/CFF
Martin Abo has comprehensive experience in individual and corporate financial, business and tax planning. His previous experience includes several years with the tax department and audit staff of a Big Four CPA firm as well as regional firms before he founded the present enterprise.
Marty had previously served as a director of a local bank and, fourteen times, has been one of 150 participants selected by the S.E.C. from CPAs, lawyers, bankers, venture capitalists and economic development experts, from across the nation for its annual conference on issues relating to Small Business Capital Formation. Marty was elected to serve as a New Jersey delegate to the White House Conference on Small Business under two U.S. Presidents. The Small Business Administration also named Marty Accountant Advocate of the Year.
A graduate of Syracuse University, Marty is an active member and has chaired for two years the Litigation Services Committee of the New Jersey Society of CPA's and serves on the Litigation Support & Forensic Accounting Interest Group of NJSCPA. Marty holds the professional designation of Certified Valuation Analyst from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. In addition, he volunteers his time and expertise to many other business and professional organizations: He served as President of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey; served as a Director of the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey; serves on the Matrimonial Accounting Interest Group of the NJSCPA; serves on the Valuation Services Interest Group of the NJSCPA and served as a special advisor to the New Jersey Small Business Development Centers.
Marty has also developed a specific expertise in performing litigation support and other consulting services. Clients, as well as the banking, insurance and legal community, have increasingly called upon him to provide technical assistance, arbitration or expert testimony on financial accounting matters, business valuations, structuring buy-ins and buy-outs, divorce, estate controversies, insurance claims and other forensic/investigative analysis covering a wide range of topics and industries. He has operated in a supportive capacity to attorneys, judges, adjusters and/or clients in providing ongoing facilitation in the negotiation and/or litigation process. Marty assists attorneys to strengthen their cases by clarifying language and economic concepts, preparing useful exhibits and reports, and testifying as an expert witness.

He as in-depth experience in the real estate, auto dealership, and insurance brokerage industries. He is also comfortable with ownership structures that involve such wealth transfer devises such as trusts and family limited partnerships.
Pat has a Masters Degree in Taxation from Philadelphia University, and earned a BBA from Temple University as an accounting major. He has achieved the CSEP (Certified Specialist in Estate Planning) designation from the National Institute For Excellence in Professional Education. He is married with 3 children, and resides in Horsham, Pennsylvania.

Randy began his career with a Fortune 100 retail company. From there he migrated to the construction industry. He spent a number of years with several credible and regional public accounting firms. Randy has gained a wealth of public accounting experience in a variety of industries including real estate, restaurants, construction, retail and distribution. He can act as an advisor on a wide range of financial and tax related matters. Randy’s clients have represented a broad mix of large, medium size and start-up companies, both for-profit and nonprofit entities.
As a professional, Randy’s diverse business background allows him to analyze a business, make cost reduction recommendations which will improve profitability for a client, and follow through with the implementation process. Recognizing the level of service required. Randy uses a hands-on approach to fulfill client needs for maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness.
