Thom Kirwin began his career by managing the financial reporting, budgetary planning and cash management for high-rise office buildings. He spent 10 years in banking as a CFO of a publicly traded bank holding company. Thom gained a wealth of public accounting experience in a variety of industries including real estate, investment banking, IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, and financial services. Thom’s clients have represented a broad mix of large, medium size and start-up companies, both for-profit and nonprofit entities. In addition, Thom has experience in low-income and affordable housing programs, including audits of Housing & Urban Development (HUD), the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA), New Jersey Housing Mortgage Finance Agency (NJHMA) and other state and local agencies.
